The challenge was that it's very large size, so I tried to make it as simple as possible.

Tornado consists of a combination of 3 meshes and particle (props).

Textures are pretty simple (3 main simulations: main, bottom and top)
For the main part of the effect adding a motionvector map. You can do LOD Bias lower for motionvector texture than Base Color.
